1965: more corrections (Boosey)
1967: re-engraved (Boosey)
2000: Corrected edition (Kalmus; ed. Clinton F. Nieweg—permanently
out of print)
2021: Critical Performing Edition (Serenissima; ed. Clinton F. Nieweg
and James Chang)
N.B.: The Dover full score dated 1989 is a reprint of a Muzyka engraving of 1965; it has many errors, and no set of parts fully agrees with it.
