A princess befriends a frog in order to recover her favorite bauble from a deep well, but once it is recovered she breaks her promise to include him in her royal life. The king explains to her that promises must be honored, especially by princesses! Finally stricken with remorse, she kisses the frog, who turns into a handsome prince. They marry and live happily ever after. Story from the Grimm brothers.
