Specific information available for subscribers.
Orchestrated by Franz Liszt, from Weber's Polacca brillante for solo piano, 1819. (This Liszt orchestration, S.367, is not to be confused with his S.455, which is an embellished version of the same Weber work, but for solo piano without orchestra.) Liszt provides a lengthy introduction, partly adapted from Weber's Grande polonaise for solo piano (op.21, J.59), but mostly of his own invention.
