A facsimile of the composer's autograph score, which differs from the Campbell-Watson edition, is available from Warner; one such deviation is said to be that the sax parts are more prominent from [63] to the end: the players all switch to soprano saxes in harmony at [63], and all three switch to alto sax before [74].
Recent research suggests that specific pitches are intended for the 4 taxihorns—pitches that differ from traditional usage.
