Arranged 1928 for the Paul Whiteman Orchestra by Ferde Grofé. Ed. Ella M. Fredrickson for symphony orchestra, maintaining the Grofé instrumentation, but rendering the woodwind and saxophone doublings more practical for symphony orchestras.
