Almost certainly not by Frescobaldi. The work is believed to be a forgery by the cellist Gaspar Cassadó (1897-1966), who passed it off as a “transcription” of a keyboard work by Frescobaldi. It was then (presumably innocently) orchd by conductor Hans Kindler (1942).
A tuba part is included, but does not appear in score.
