Electronica: 2 stereo speakers, 5-6 onstage monitors, in-house sound engineer, laptop played by a percussionist or assistant conductor.
Brief orchestral solos (2 passages from 4 players) can be played as written or improvised, not necessarily on the instruments specified, but by whatever musicians in the orchestra are adept at improvisation. Lead sheets for this purpose are supplied in the back of the score.
A reduction ("Double Wind Version") also exists, which reduces the woodwinds to only 8 players: 2[1.2/pic] 2[1.2/Eh] 2[1/bcl.Ebcl] 2bn.
