Attributed to Drigo, though the music, at least in part, may have been composed originally by Cesare Pugni (1802-1870). Much later (1935) this excerpt was inserted in the Pugni ballet La Esmeralda, and its association with the latter work has stuck.
The Lars Payne edition is the original; there is also an arrangement by William McDermott for reduced orchestra, available from Kalmus:
